Black Girl's Guide to Calm


Most of us multitask (myself included) because we think we’ll get more done. But, that’s actually not true. According to studies, multitasking causes us to be less productive and our ability to filter out irrelevant information declines. Also, trying to do too much (and not getting much done) can leave you feeling stressed and overwhelmed. Try single tasking and see how much calmer you feel and how much more you get done.
