Trust me, I get it: You're busy. You have a lot going on. You're caring for your family, working, building your empire, cooking, cleaning, trying to be the best mom/partner/daughter/etc. you can be, not to mention we're STILL in the middle of a global pandemic, plus dealing with civil unrest. So you might be feeling overwhelmed, stressed and/or anxious about all the things.

You may have tried different methods to help lessen your stress, but nothing seems to work -- or at least nothing that works consistently. You know you need to make some changes in your life, and you are READY to do something to create calm in the midst of your chaos.

Well, it's your time, sis, time for you to experience more inner peace.

Ways to Work With Me

Yoga Sessions: With this, you'll be guided through a yoga session that will allow you to experience more calm. The session is suitable for your level. You'll also receive a PDF with how to start a home practice.

Meditation:  Here, you're guided through a meditation to tap into your inner peace and includes breathwork and affirmations/mantras. Additionally, you'll get a PDF on how to begin a home practice.

Calm Coaching: In this coaching session, we'll work through your stressors and stress signals and create a plan that will allow you to start overcoming your overwhelm, finding calm in the chaos and practicing self-care.

All sessions are available on a one-time or recurring basis (weekly, monthly, 3-month package) ; they can be done with a small group as well. Contact me if you're interested in recurring sessions.


My journey to finding calm began back in 2014, a few months after I had my daughter, Nailah. At the time, I was trying to balance being a new mama, a wife, and an entrepreneur -- and I felt like I didn't have enough help from my husband. On top of feeling stressed out, overwhelmed, and frustrated, I felt guilty because I couldn't do it all -- and I felt guilty for asking for help.

Ultimately, after feeling this way for months, I knew I had to do something different. I had to do something to feel better, not only mentally and emotionally but physically, too. So, I started working on myself: I journaled to figure out what I wanted (and needed) and wrote new affirmations around how I wanted to feel and who I wanted to be. I also searched for more strategies online, and that led me to re-starting my meditation and yoga practices. And as cliche as it sounds -- it changed my life!

And now, as we're dealing with a  global pandemic and the shenanigans of the U.S. government, having calm practices allows me stay centered, grounded, and at peace in spite of all that's going on.
