Yoga is one of my favorite ways to find calm. Practicing yoga helps you de-stress, learn to stay in the moment, and reminds you to breathe through whatever is going on and how you’re feeling. I know a lot of people think yoga is for “flexible” people or certain body types, but it’s for everybody– and I do mean EVERYBODY.
